Sewer Repair

Even though you may not think so right now, there may come a time when you need sewer line repair services from a trusted sewer company. Maybe it’s just a section of your home plumbing system that needs a sewer repair, or maybe you’re dealing with a cracked or burst sewer pipe underground, causing havoc in your yard.

Whatever the issue, Drain Rescue is an experienced, licensed and insured sewer company  who can be at your doorstep within an hour to provide a sewer repair estimate.

Why You Might Need a Main Sewer Line Repair

Waste leaves your home through one of the many drains attached to your fixtures and within your plumbing system. These drains lead to a main sewer pipe that lies approximately 8 to 12 feet below the ground in your front yard. These sewer pipe lines extend out towards the street and connect to the city’s sewage system. Over time, your sewer line can become blocked, broken, deteriorated – or maybe even invaded by roots from the trees above. If you think your main sewer line needs some kind of sewer repair, don’t wait on it. Call in a professional sewer expert right away.

A Sewer Line Camera Inspection Can Tell All

The first step in any sewer repair is an accurate diagnosis. Drain Rescue uses advanced video camera technology that lets us gain a full visual into your sewer line or any other drain line. Our camera inspection service is trenchless sewer repair, in other words, sewer repair without the digging! We’re able to observe areas way too far for the human eyes to see, potentially saving you thousands and dollars and avoiding the need for any excavations of large portions of your yard.

How Do You Know if You Need a Sewer Repair or Replacement?

Over the years, we’ve had many of our clients ask…

“How can I tell if need my sewer line repaired or replaced?”

“How do I know if it’s my sewer line that’s clogged or my drain?”

It’s quite common to assume that a clog in your home is drain related. But in some cases, it’s actually not your drain and rather your sewer line. To determine which it is, figure out whether or not your backup (or clog) is happening in multiple locations throughout your home or just one. For example, if you flush your toilet does your shower drain back up? This means your issue is in the sewer line – not in the toilet or shower drain.

Give Your Sewer Line a Professional Cleaning

To clean sewer lines of blockages or just general build-up, Drain Rescue uses high-pressure hydro jetting equipment. There’s no better functioning sewer line than a clean sewer line. Blasting water in a 360-degree configuration, our hydro jetting service clears your sewer line and prevents future backups or clogs. If you suspect a sewer line blockage, get the help of a plumbing professional right away. It’s vital that you don’t ignore the warning signs such as sewer smell, slow water flow or gurgling sounds from your toilet. Waiting too long can lead to a more invasive and costly repair, or a burst pipe.

Sewer back up; replacement of main sewer line and replacement of lead water line

We discovered a small sewer back up in the basement. We called around for various quotes and some people attended and others did not. Dwyane was at our house within an hour of our call and completely inspected the line and conducted locates to show me where all the root penetration was. He was very helpful in explaining the various options and giving his own reasoned recommendations. Within a day or two, Dwayne had a crew on site who worked diligently for 2 1/2 days and removed the old sewer line and lead water pipe and installed new lines with 25 year warranties. The work consisted of having to hand dig two 11 foot holes into the ground and tunnel underneath the landscaping. At the completion of the project, the crew cleaned up both the inside of my basement and the garden to the state that it was in before the work. Drain Rescue did the job they said that they would do, at the price they quoted and on time. I would recommend Dwayne and his crew to anyone.
