Update September 3 - The company reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience. They reassured me that the service I received is not typical of their technicians and the issue has been remedied. I have updated my review to 4 stars as the service in responding to my complaint was appreciated. —————————- While the customer service in terms of responding to our call and dispatching someone to our home was great, I am sorry to say I would not recommend this company if you have a plumbing issue. We had a clogged drain and had tried all the conventional ways of fixing it (draino, plunging and a manual cable auger). We called Drain Rescue because we didn't know what else to do. They charged us a $45 fee just to come provide a quote (many other companies, I learned after the fact, do not charge a fee at all). Without even spending time looking at the pipes themselves, they then told us they recommended a drain flush, which would cost $1250! Thankfully, we did not pursue this as it seemed outrageous. We later learned that most companies can use a cable auger (with a machine) and have the problem cleared - they also said they never recommend a drain flush unless its absolutely necessary. The cost for this is around $250-300 depending on the drain. We did this with another company and the issue was solved - drain fixed! I do not recommend this company. Save your money!
Drain Rescue Plumbers arrived quickly, within the specified timeframe and cleared our drain. It was such a reassurance as first time own owners to have someone arrive so quickly and fix our problem! Would recommend 10/10
I Called DRP on a Saturday and Dwayne was out to assess our toilet backing up and drain issues in the basement within hours. What I thought might be a clogged drain pipe underground was a possible collapsed pipe in a 50 year old house. His crew was in Sunday morning and discovered much more...collapsing drain pipe and roots going through old ceramic pipes. After two days and 25 feet of PVC pipe laid and floors recemented...the job was well done. Couldn't be happier. Very professional and hardworking crew!!!!
Our sewer line backed up into the basement. Vince responded on time in 2 hours and quickly diagnosed our problem. A crew came the next morning and performed the necessary repairs. Everyone was very polite and professional. They stayed right on the estimate. This really was a rescue and I highly recommend Drain Rescue Plumbers

I had Muhammad come to uninstall a dishwasher for me. We booked an appointment at 9 and he arrived by 12. Took him 30 minutes and it was all done. I would definitely use him again.
