Minutes after calling the listed phone number, we had a timeline for an appointment. We also had a call back from the plumber on duty. He was at the house within 30 minutes and problem fixed within the hour. He was courteous, helpful, polite and professional.

Dwayne attended at my Hamilton rental property to investigate discolouration of the water coming out of the taps. He was clearly extremely knowledgeable and he conducted a thorough investigation. He determined that the problem required a possible main waterline pipe replacement and he was able to explain all of the steps involved logically and clearly to me. He was respectful and super pleasant during our conversation and was patient with my total lack of plumbing knowledge. He then charged nothing for the service call because he was not able to actually complete the work until further information is collected from the city. I was really impressed with this company. The person who took the information from me to schedule the call was also super friendly and responsive. This will be my go to company for plumbing issues going forward.

Brian was much earlier than anticipated, professional, friendly and expertly resolved the issue in about 10 minutes. The fee he charged was far less than I expected and the receptionist was very friendly, polite and professional as well. I will definitely recommend and use this company again!

Part 1 - Called to get the 1 hour service, but not actually what they offer, they will come when scheduled but the 1 hour service is not a proper representation of what they provide. Part 2 - The company called me back and worked to arrange a visit in a timely fashion which was excellent customer service. Part 3 - The company representative, Vince, came approx 45 min later and properly determined the nature of the problem to set us on the right path. While they did not initially provide what the web site defined, they did come through ultimately which we appreciate so they do value their reputation and will work to maintain it.

I would like to thank Dwayne for his expertise. I used drain rescue twice for my property in Hamilton. The first time, the main sewer line was cleared, but I was notified of a larger repair that was needed. I admittedly let this go too long, and second time the problem happened, I needed the repair initially recommended. Lessons learned: Just because you can get by without a large repair for a short time, does not mean that it is not required! Trust the experience. Dwayne, thanks again, you got me out of a pickle in a very short time frame.
