The congregation at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church would like to thank the wonderful people at Drain Rescue Plumbing for helping us with our basement flooding issue. The team lead, Roman, was very thoughtful and patient, taking the time to explain the process in a clear and easy-to-understand way for us laymen. Jacob, the technician, and his team worked diligently to locate the problem area, provided a detailed explanation of the cause, and successfully cleared the blockage to relieve the system and help prevent future water issues in our parish basement.
